2. Eligibility

3. User Accounts

• Users must create an account to access certain features of the Platform.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and activities.

4. Services Provided

Wewe facilitates connections between Livestream Hosts and Clients but does not:

• Act as an employer, agent, or representative for any User.
• Guarantee the performance or quality of services provided by Livestream Hosts.
• Provide any services directly to Clients.

5. Payments and Fees

• Payments for services are processed through the Platform’s payment system.
• WeWe charges a service fee for transactions. The applicable fees will be displayed at the time of booking.
• Users are responsible for any taxes or duties applicable to their transactions.

6. User Responsibilities

• Livestream Hosts must:

  • Perform services professionally and in accordance with agreed terms.
• Clients must:
  • Provide clear project requirements.
  • Pay for services rendered promptly.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Use the Platform for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
• Post false, misleading, or inappropriate content.
• Circumvent the Platform to engage in direct transactions.

8. Dispute Resolution

• Wewe encourages Users to resolve disputes independently.
• If disputes cannot be resolved, Users may contact Wewe’s support team for mediation.
• Wewe is not liable for any disputes arising from Service Agreements.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Platform is owned by or licensed to Wewe and protected by intellectual property laws.
• Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without permission.

10. Termination

• Users may terminate their accounts at any time.
• Wewe reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform for violations of these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Wewe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
• Wewe’s total liability is limited to the service fees paid by the affected User in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wewe, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from their use of the Platform.
